2. Formation of Contract & Orders
Submitting an order constitutes a commercial offer to purchase selected products. A binding purchase contract is concluded only when we transmit an official electronic Order Confirmation invoice containing your unique order identifier and itemized pricing details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of stock exhaustion, supplier unavailability, or identified typographical pricing errors.
3. Currency & Pricing
All product prices displayed on the store are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include statutory customs duties and applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Final shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly articulated prior to order placement.
4. Electronic Invoicing
In accordance with commercial standards, upon payment confirmation an itemized electronic commercial invoice is automatically issued and transmitted to your designated email address, setting out the merchant identity, line item prices, applicable taxes, delivery fee, and anticipated delivery timeframe.
5. Delivery & Returns
Shipping timeframes and return procedures are governed specifically by our dedicated Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which reflect all statutory entitlements granted to consumers under Saudi E-Commerce regulations.

Product naming on this site is employed solely to accurately identify goods.
7. Governing Law & Consumer Protection
These Terms of Service are framed in harmony with English company law and the consumer protection regulations enforced by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies mandatory consumer statutory rights.
