Return Policy

At PriceX, customer satisfaction and statutory consumer rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law are foundational. We maintain an easy, fair 7-day return procedure.

1. 7-Day Statutory Return Window

You are entitled to return any ordered appliance within 7 calendar days from the physical date of delivery, provided the item is unused and you have not derived practical benefit from it.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an approved return, the product must fulfill all the following conditions:

  • The appliance must be in brand new, completely unused condition (unboiled, unheated, unsoiled).
  • It must remain in its complete original manufacturer packaging, accompanied by all styrofoam inserts, user manuals, accessories, and promotional inclusions.
  • Serial numbers and model plates must be intact and unblemished.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Change of Mind: If returning an item due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for direct return shipping logistics and costs.
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrived defective, damaged, or differing from the specification on your invoice, PriceX covers all return shipping expenses. A prepaid courier pickup or label will be provided at zero cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send an email to support@pricex.shop with your Order Number (e.g. PX-1049), description of the item, and reason for return.
  2. Our customer care team will review and reply within 1 working day with an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific return courier instructions.
  3. Pack the appliance securely in its original packaging to prevent transit damage.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct item-to-item exchanges. If you prefer a different colour or alternative Smeg model, please initiate a return for a refund and place a separate order online at pricex.shop.
