Shipping & Delivery Policy
At PriceX, we provide reliable, tracked delivery of genuine Smeg kitchen appliances directly to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 working days. Our operational fulfillment days run from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official Saudi national and religious holidays. Orders placed after hours on Thursday or over the weekend will commence processing on Sunday morning.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Following dispatch, estimated transit times across Saudi regions are as follows:

3. Delivery Charges
- Complimentary Delivery: Orders with a merchandise total of SAR 299.00 or higher qualify for free standard shipping across Saudi Arabia.
- Standard Delivery: Orders below SAR 299.00 incur a flat standard delivery fee calculated transparently and shown at checkout prior to final payment authorization.
4. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a direct courier tracking link is dispatched to your registered email. Couriers contact recipients via SMS or phone call prior to final delivery to coordinate timing.
5. 15-Day Delivery Delay Consumer Rights
In full compliance with Article 21 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, if your order is not successfully delivered within 15 days of the agreed order confirmation date (unless attributable to force majeure or customer unavailability), you hold the statutory right to cancel the order and receive a full 100% refund of all funds paid, including shipping charges.
6. Customs, Taxes & Import Clearance
All displayed prices in Saudi Riyals (SAR) include all applicable customs tariffs, duties, and statutory Value Added Tax (VAT). You will never be asked to pay unexpected supplementary customs fees upon courier arrival.
7. Damaged or Discrepant Deliveries
Please inspect packages upon arrival. If an item arrives visibly damaged in transit or differs from the ordered model, please notify us at support@pricex.shop within 7 days of delivery accompanied by photographs of the carton and product. We will immediately arrange a complimentary return and replacement or full refund.
